Request for Proposals: Conference Marketing and Management Consultant

TMACOG is accepting written proposals for a Conference Marketing and Management Consultant.

Proposals are solicited in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions as set forth in the Request for Proposal ("RFP") available here.

Proposals must be submitted and marked: TMACOG – RFP: CONFERENCE: “FIRM NAME”.

Proposals will be accepted by TMACOG by hand delivery at 300 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Suite 300, Toledo, OH 43604 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday, or via email to hoelzle@tmacog.org until 1:00 p.m. August 19, 2024, at which time the proposals will be opened publicly. Any proposal received after this time and date will be returned unopened. Respondents are responsible for ensuring the proposal is received by the deadline.
