Be advised that on September 12, 2025, Lake Erie West (as the Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments) adopted Resolution No. 2025-25 expressing its intent to sell unneeded, obsolete or unfit for use Village personal property by internet auction. Lake Erie West will contract with GovDeals, Inc. for the purpose of disposing of said property through the www.GovDeals.com website. All such property shall be offered for sale pursuant to the Lake Erie West Online Sales Terms and Conditions and shall be sold on an "As Is, Where Is, and Without Warranty" basis. All items will be available to the public on GovDeals.com for a minimum of fifteen (15) days.
