Lake Erie West Regional Council Seeks Proposals for New Website Project
The Lake Erie West Regional Council has announced that it is now accepting Statements of Qualifications from vendors interested in redesigning and developing its website. The project will also include hosting options and ongoing technical support.
Firms that wish to be considered are invited to review the full Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package and submit their materials by July 15 at 1:00 p.m. Submissions received after that time will not be considered.
Lake Erie West is looking for a partner to create a modern, easy-to-use website that can better serve both its member organizations and the general public. The new website is expected to launch in January 2027.
Based in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan, the Lake Erie West Regional Council is a non-partisan regional planning partnership made up of voluntary governmental members. The organization focuses on advancing cooperation across the region, particularly in areas such as transportation, water and air quality, and economic development.
The website plays a key role in supporting this mission. It provides access to information, resources, and updates for a wide range of users. Because of this, Lake Erie West is emphasizing the need for a platform that is both highly functional and simple to navigate. The redesigned site should be capable of delivering clear, organized information to a diverse audience with varying needs.
Interested firms are encouraged to submit a Statement of Qualifications that highlights their experience, capabilities, and approach to delivering a project of this scope. Lake Erie West’s goal is to identify a vendor that can build a reliable and flexible website while also offering long-term support.
