RFP open for Regional Trails Maintenance Study

RFP Trail Study

Lake Erie West Regional Council is seeking qualified consulting firms to lead a comprehensive Regional Trails Maintenance Study, assessing current trail conditions and identifying maintenance and capital improvement needs for the region’s multi‑use paths and water trail access points over the next 20 years.

The selected firm will conduct aerial and on‑the‑ground assessments, utilize drone footage, map and rank trail conditions, and develop cost‑informed maintenance recommendations that will guide long‑term regional planning and investment.

Proposals are due by 1:00 p.m. on March 25, 2026.
