Caucus with colleagues and get a chance to guide the implementation of TMACOG’s strategic plan at the Summer General Assembly on Wednesday, July 24 at Penta Career Center.
Click here to reserve your seat by July 17 for this exciting event! Your $20 registration includes breakfast, lunch, and access to all activities.
Our program is centered around updating you on the last several months of work to chart a new course for TMACOG, including a new mission, vision, values, and pillars on which to set a direction for the future.
See where you fit into TMACOG’s strategic goals and help us ensure that our work considers your organization’s interests and priorities.
Members and partners have completed a detailed survey and joined together for steering committee meetings and focus groups to gauge input on how TMACOG can evolve and innovate to provide enhanced service and support for members and the region.
Hear the latest on what’s happened so far during the planning process, offer your input, and get the latest on how we intend to implement the new identity and priorities that you have helped us define.
Breakfast opens at 8 a.m. and will include quiche, pastries and breads, fruit, orange juice, and coffee. Over lunch, we’ll share an engaging activity that lets you discuss and respond to the direction of our strategic planning.
Click here or check below for the full schedule of events! You'll also find an agenda and relevant documents for the business meeting.
We offer plenty of time for robust conversations, both during networking breaks and the morning caucus sessions, which allow 90 minutes to talk issues and share strategies with colleagues, one of the most popular features of our General Assembly events.
Here's a look at the early topics our caucus leaders have suggested. Check back for full agendas closer to the event date!
