PROJECT ENGINEER/PROJECT MANAGER
The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority seeks a full-time project Engineer/Project Manager to perform drafting and other technical assistance required to support the function of the Planning, Engineering, and Operations division, and to assist with the implementation and management of projects at all levels, including concepts, design, construction, and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio
- Bachelor of Science degree in construction technology or engineering discipline
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods, including building codes;
- At least two (2) years of construction inspection, project coordination and management experience, preferably with a government agency
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-hour course in construction or general industry safety and health hazards preferred
- ArcView GIS knowledge and experience preferred

Salary range at hire is $85,000-105,000 to be commensurate with credentials and experience, together with a comprehensive benefit package.
