Program Manager – Water Quality

TMACOG is seeking an ambitious Program Manager to oversee water quality planning and education programs. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of water quality planning efforts in the western Lake Erie region. This position will report directly to the Director of Water Quality Planning.
As a Program Manager, you will collaborate with a talented team of staff and stakeholders to develop solutions to the region’s complex water quality issues.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Is a strategic thinker with a passion for creative problem solving
- Can inspire, motivate, and foster collaboration, and stimulate effective communication with staff
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possesses a graduate degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Environmental Studies, or a closely related field.
- Has a minimum of five years of experience in environmental or urban planning or a related field

Salary and job title will be determined commensurate with experience and education. The following title and starting salary range will be considered for this position:
Program Manager - $70,000 – $95,000.
