Joe Comartin, Consul General of Canada in Detroit, will be the keynote speaker at the 2021 General Assembly. He will will share a construction update for the multibillion-dollar Gordie Howe International Bridge. Set to open in 2024, this structure will offer the only direct highway-to-highway connection between Canada and the United States in the Detroit-Windsor area. The Consul General will discuss how communities along the I-75 corridor may leverage the economic potential of this project.
TMACOG is a member organization. Members include governments: counties, cities, villages, and townships. Non-governmental members include utilities, advocacy organizations, schools, and special districts and authorities.
