If you can’t attend a meeting, visit your library. See a display and fill out a comment form at a public library near you in November 2010. Displays are at branches of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library www.toledolibrary.org, public libraries in Bowling Green and Wood County, and libraries in Bedford and Erie townships and Luna Pier, Michigan.
