Attendees learned how to set rates, budget for improvements, and manage bookkeeping responsibilities. Municipalities that sent representatives include the villages of Bradner, Pemberville, Wayne, Elmore, Fayette, and Vanlue; Whiteford Township and the City of Fremont.
