Where will Construction be?

The newest update to the TMACOG construction maps shows continuing work and a preview of projects coming up later this year. See the map here, and click here to see a spreadsheet with additional details. Projects listed below are in Toledo unless noted otherwise.

Major projects that we can look for this summer include:

  • Widening Secor Rd.- Alexis to the Monroe County line
  • Sylvania Ave. reconstruction – Jackman to Lewis
  • Detroit Ave. resurfacing – Central to California
  • Resurfacing Monroe St. - Detroit to ProMedica
  • In Bowling Green, widening SR 25 to provide a center turn lane – Bishop to Poe
  • Resurfacing and repair to I-475/US 23 bridge over the Maumee River

Continuing projects that will be in progress all year:

  • I-475 widening and interchange improvements - Monroe St. to I-75 interchange
  • New US 24 Fort to Port 4-lane highway project - Lucas and Henry counties
  • Hallett Ave. railroad grade separation in Swanton

Projects that will be complete in 2011 include:

  • Anthony Wayne Trail bridge repair – City Park to Nebraska
  • In Oregon, widening Wheeling St. from Navarre to Brown,
    including I-280 bridge widening
  • In Fostoria, Jones Rd, railroad grade separation
I-475/Salisbury/Dussel interchange reconstruction
