RCAP Conference for Small Towns
The Ohio Rural Community Assistance Program (RCAP) is hosting a state-wide conference August 24-25 in Columbus which will provide valuable information to smaller communities. The conference includes tracks on infrastructure (management of water utilities); economic development; legislative affairs; and leadership. Speakers will include Senator Sherrod Brown and Dr. Ned Hill of Cleveland State University. For more information, click here.
RCAP is a nationwide network of six regional nonprofit organizations with a national office located in Washington, D. C. Since 1972, RCAP has been providing training and technical assistance to solve water and wastewater problems in small, rural communities in all 50 states and U.S. territories. Ohio RCAP is located in the Great Lakes region and is operated by WSOS Community Action Commission, located in Fremont, Ohio.
